I don't know about you folk out there, but this last few months has been especially intense at times for me. Hence my posts from people discussing the forces of nature impacting us in the web of life. I want to take a moment to acknowledge me and you and all our friends around the globe who are of good heart, constantly ready to steer your ship into the new, the better, the kinder and the wiser. I am getting better and better at taking the bounce as Abraham calls it. Recognising that a feeling I'm having is something I can choose to run and run, or one I can desist. Not resist mind you! That doesn't work at all. What works for me, most of the time, is being alert for that moment of observation, when the witness inside spies a portal into a better effort. I don't try to leap too far, just incrementally steer upwards. Being kind to oneself, relaxing my efforts, talking less, not justifying or complaining, breathing into tense places and remembering that there is no hurry, no race, no need to judge...just easing into ease...feeling my way back to a kinder space.
If we have our nose too close to the picture, it's only our own repetitive perspectives that we'll see, but with breath we can lift up, like a hot air balloon and see more, see patterns, invitations in the patterns and pretty pictures, incoming friends, parting sorrows and sweet ease reveals. Peace and blessings to you this day
